The time to use the sessions varies depending on the program: The Key, must be completed within 2 months, while Inner Alchemy has a 3-month timeframe.

No, it is not therapy and does not replace a therapeutic process. In fact, if you are in therapy, you can take the program as a great complement to your sessions. I am not a therapist or psychologist. This is a loving space for mothers who wish to transcend, connect with their essence, and raise their little ones from a place of awareness.

It’s a listening space where I offer my experience and personal development tools, such as PSYCH-K, meditation, yoga practices, relaxation, positive discipline techniques, coaching, and true intuition, to help you connect with your intuition. In the words of E. Tolle, I am a “frequency holder,” creating a supportive, loving frequency where you are the protagonist and find the answers your being already knows.

I provide a roadmap and specific guidelines for each phase (invoke, root, evolve, etc.), with a set number of sessions and practices for each. However, the process is yours, and the sessions can be tailored to your needs.
