About me

My name is Sofia and I am a parenting mentor. I have been walking this path for more than 8 years as a mom of Renzo, Elu and Mateo.

At times I found myself lost, I didn’t understand anything about what was happening to my baby, or to me, I felt disconnected and lost. I had read a lot about parenting and conscious motherhood before my first child was born, but still when he was born I couldn’t get it all to click for me. So I started to go within, to trust myself more. I started to listen to myself, to feel and to recognize myself. I started a path of personal transformation, which I am still walking. It was not a linear path, nor a rosy one, it was and still is a path of opening myself to vulnerability, a path of finding my shadows and going through them, of leaving behind fears, stories, limiting beliefs, falsehoods, to return more to myself, to my being, to my presence, being honest and responsible with myself.

At the same time that I mother my little ones, I give myself space for just me and I continue to train myself in the subjects I am passionate about (motherhood, parenting, postpartum, personal development). I can tell you with certainty that every day I live more and more in love with what is.

I am passionate about studying, reading and everything that has to do with gestation, postpartum and parenting, and of course then passing it through my filter through experience. I have read over 100 books on parenting and personal development, as well as invested time and money in my own transformation. I believe in the importance of one’s personal experience, and that is why I love to serve mothers or mothers-to-be who want to trust themselves and their unique ways of mothering.

I am a mom with personal experience and training, accompanying other moms. And I understand that many need to see my professional journey. Here is part of my process.

Some of my academic training:

I can say that I live in constant study, experiencing and transformation. The trainings, courses and my own transformation are poured into mentoring. And as I always tell the moms I support, I donate my little toolbox to you, so that in this process of deep self-knowledge you can find them and make them your own.
